Website and Enquiry Terms
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Rystavo is a coffee packaging platform operated by Super Smart. These website terms explain the status of information shown before a final quotation or sales agreement is issued.
Website information
Product descriptions, material directions, sample routes, minimum quantities, images, and guides are general planning information. They are not a binding production specification, certification, price, or delivery promise.
Quotations and order documents
The final quotation, approved artwork, specification sheet, sample approval, invoice, and sales contract control the order. They should identify product, material, dimensions, quantity, tolerances, packing, payment, Incoterm, destination, and estimated schedule.
Samples and minimum quantities
Available standard samples may be provided without a sample charge, while freight or special handling may be quoted separately. Custom sample runs commonly start at 1,000 pieces and mass production commonly starts at 10,000 pieces, but the final route depends on format, print method, material, and quotation. Any sample-fee credit is subject to the qualifying bulk order stated in the quotation.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you have permission to use artwork, trademarks, barcodes, product claims, and other files supplied for the project. Production should begin only after written approval of the correct dieline and proof.
Color, dimensions, and production variation
Printing, converting, materials, and packing can have reasonable manufacturing variation. Any critical color, dimension, fit, seal, fill, or machine requirement must be written into the approved specification and tested where appropriate.
Lead time and shipping
Schedules depend on artwork approval, material availability, sample approval, production capacity, packing, export handling, transit, customs, and destination delivery. Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed document, dates are good-faith estimates. Duties, taxes, customs charges, and delivery responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterm and quotation.
Inspection and claims
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and preserve cartons, labels, photos, samples, and quantity records if reporting a problem. The applicable claim period and remedy are set out in the final sales documents.
