A test value is useful only when it is connected to the exact specimen and conditions. Crystavo keeps the material stack, thickness, test method, environment, laboratory date, and project reference together instead of presenting a number as a universal claim.
Barrier verification
| Property | Reference method | What it supports |
|---|---|---|
| OTR | ASTM D3985 | Oxygen transmission through the tested flexible barrier material |
| WVTR | ASTM F1249 | Water-vapor transmission through the tested film or laminate |
The report conditions and tested construction remain part of the interpretation.
Seal and laminate verification
The project may include heat-seal window, seal strength, laminate bond, dimensions, valve installation, leak or filled-pack handling checks according to the agreed scope. These checks connect the laboratory structure to the pouch that will actually be filled.
Artwork and production verification
Dieline, printed panels, color direction, white ink, finish zones, seals, zipper, valve, barcode, label area, case quantity, and carton identification are approved before release. The production record then gives inspection and repeat-order teams one controlled reference.
Reports follow the approved bag
When PET/AL/PE (100% Barrier) or another tested structure is selected, supporting report details are reviewed against that exact approved construction. Different materials or thicknesses receive their own applicable documentation.
